ALL STAND PACKAGES INCLUDE: 

• registration fee (main exhibitor)
• stand space
• white side walls
• printed background wall
• dark grey carpet
• spotlights and electricity 1 kWh 
• 1 article in the news and blogs section at webpages 

Co-exhibitors : 300 € + VAT registration fee. Includes two exhibitor passes only for trade fair. Evening party and catering not included.

NOTE! Without registration fee your company will not have visibility on the webpages and in the upcoming posts in social media. In all the stand packages there is one registration fee included, for the main exhibitor.

The order is binding after 7 days from the order confirmation. 

The number of free electronic invitations and exhibitor badges depends on the size of the stand.  

Exhibitor badges included: 

• 9sqm = 2 badges 
• 12sqm = 4 badges 
• 15sqm = 6 badges 
• 20sqm = 8 badges 

Exhibitor badge allows entrance during construction, exhibition and dismantling times 23.-25.11.2026. Badges require registration beforehand and are personal. 

Badges do not include restaurant services, parking, or cloak room services. 

Invitations included (Admission one chosen day): 

• 9sqm = 40 invitations 
• 12sqm = 60 invitations 
• 15sqm = 80 invitations 
• 20sqm = 100 invitations 

With invitations, you can invite customers or other stakeholders to the event free of charge. Invitations include entrance for one person on one day, either Tuesday or Wednesday. Badges require registration beforehand and are personal. 

Invitations do not include restaurant services, parking, or cloak room services. 

Extra badges and invitations will be charged after the event with the price of 11 € +VAT per each.
