BOOK ONE OF THE 3 LAST STANDS AT NAVIGATE 2026

The number of free electronic invitations and exhibitor badges depends on the size of the stand.  

Exhibitor badges included: 

• 9sqm = 2 badges 
• 12sqm = 4 badges 
• 15sqm = 6 badges 
• 20sqm = 8 badges 

Exhibitor badge allows entrance during construction, exhibition and dismantling times 23.-25.11.2026. Badges require registration beforehand and are personal. 

Badges do not include restaurant services, parking, or cloak room services. 

EXHIBITOR BADGES CAN BE SENT FROM THE EXHIBITOR PORTAL.

Invitations included (Admission one chosen day): 

• 9sqm = 40 invitations 
• 12sqm = 60 invitations 
• 15sqm = 80 invitations 
• 20sqm = 100 invitations 

With invitations, you can invite customers or other stakeholders to the event free of charge. Invitations include entrance for one person on one day, either Tuesday or Wednesday. Badges require registration beforehand and are personal. 

Invitations do not include restaurant services, parking, or cloak room services. 

Extra badges and invitations will be charged after the event with the price of 11 € +VAT per each. 

INVITATIONS CAN BE SENT FROM THE EXHIBITOR PORTAL

 You can find the link to your exhibitor portal in the exhibitor letters sent to you by email. 

You can order through your contact person emilia.kaskinen@logomo.fi all of the products and services that you need for your stand. You can order all the products and services you need, such as electrical, furniture, greenery and cleaning services.

 Please note that orders must be placed before Tuesday 27th October kl 23:59. 

We recommend placing orders as soon as possible.
