ALL STAND SPACES (A-F) INCLUDE: registration fee, stand space, white side walls, printed background wall, dark grey carpet, spotlights and electricity 1 kWh.

EXHIBITOR PASSES
The exhibitors will get two day Exhibitor Passes including Conference programme, 1 pass for each 2 m2. (example, 15m2 stand includes 7 Exhibitor Passes)
CUSTOMER INVITATIONS
- 4m2 - 20 customer invitations
- 6m2 - 40 customer invitations
- 7-15m2 - 60 customer invitations
- 16m2 -> - 100 customer invitations
H) Floor surface without structures is 200€ + VAT / m²
NOTE! When booking just floor surface you need to reserve side wall structures, carpet, spotlights, electricity and furniture etc. additionally.
Electricity 1 kWh 1x10A, including 3-part socket = 120€ + VAT
Electricity 3 kWh 1x16A, including 3-part socket = 155€ + VAT
You also need to pay the registration fee 300 € + VAT.
